Fees

Rather than charge a set fee for every auction we manage, AuctionCare will collect a commission which is determined by the final price of each item being auctioned. For each auction we manage, AuctionCare will collect:

• 25% of the first $100
• 20% of the next $100
• 15% of the total over $200

By tying our profits to yours, we have even more incentive to make your listing as attractive as possible, provide the best customer service possible to bidders, and manage the listing for the greatest success.

Optional Fees

Low-value items

AuctionCare's policy is to not accept items with an estimated value of less than $20. If you wish to have us auction an item valued below that threshold, we will collect a flat fee of $8.00 up front. If your item sells for less than $32, you will receive the full value of the sale. If it sells for more than $32, AuctionCare will collect our commission based on the rates described above, and your original $8 payment will be credited toward our commission.

Unsold item delivery

If your item does not sell after the original offer and a re-listing on eBay^SM, you may arrange to pick up the item from AuctionCare at no charge.

If you prefer to have AuctionCare return the item to you via personal delivery, we will do so for an $8 fee. Delivery service of unsold items is only available in the Tri-Cities, Washington, area.

If you live outside the AuctionCare pick-up / delivery area, we will ship your item back to you after you've prepaid shipping costs.
