How It Works
You provide the item, and we take care of the rest. When the auction
is over, and your item has sold, we'll send you a check. It's that
simple.
Getting Your Item(s) to AuctionCare
There are two ways to get your item to us:
1. Call for pick-up appointment
If you live in the Tri-Cities, Washington, area call us (509-430-8033)
to make an appointment for pick-up of your auction item(s). Please
leave a message if we can't answer the phone. We'll return your
call promptly, get some information about the auction item(s),
and set up a convenient pick-up time. We are currently making
1-2 pickup runs per week in the Tri-Cities area.
2. Mail / Delivery
If you live in another area, or would prefer not to have your
item(s) picked up in person, you can mail them to us. Please call
us (509-430-8033) and let us know you'd like to mail or ship your
item(s); we'll provide a shipping address.
If you plan to ship your item(s) to AuctionCare, please read our policy
on damaged items sent to AuctionCare.
The Auction
AuctionCare will create and post your auction typically within
2-3 days after receiving your item(s), often sooner. We'll write
a detailed description
of your item(s) and take high-quality photograph(s) to use in the
auction listing. We'll email you a link to view and follow your
auction on eBaySM. During the auction, we will professionally
respond to all inquiries from potential bidders.
After the Auction
When your item's auction is complete, AuctionCare will email you
to report that the item has sold and its final price. We'll take
care of all customer service with the winning bidder and complete
the sale on your behalf. We will accept payment, securely package
and ship your item. AuctionCare will collect our fees
from the final price and mail you a check.
